We have been contacted by several people who have been fraudulently solicited for loans using the names Jill Edgar Curran and Prospect Financial Group LLC. We do not make loans or sell financial products of any kind. If you have been corresponding with someone offering a loan under our names, then please be advised that you are not corresponding with us and may be the victim of a scam. We recommend that you avoid sharing any personal information or making any payments to anyone who has solicited you via the Internet using our names. We have heard from victims who have been scammed out of thousands of dollars by being asked to pay fees and provide personal information without ever receiving a loan.
We are very concerned for the victims and with our name being used in a fraudulent manner to perpetrate a crime. We have reported this scam to the the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and the local police. If you have been a victim, we recommend that you file a complaint online with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
